Return Policy

We’re committed to you, our customers. 

  • All returns must be received within 14 days of the shipping date for the garments current selling price
  • All returns made after 14 days of purchase, not worn and having all tags originally attached, will receive a store credit for the current selling price of the garment
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Original packing slip must accompany the return
  • We will not accept any garments returned with tags missing, visible damage to the garment, or if there are visible signs that the garment has been worn
  • All clearance and jewelry are final sale
  • All returns are processed within 2-3 business days. Refunds often take 5-7 business days beyond that to show up on your account 
  • Buyer pays original shipping, return shipping as well as shipping of the exchange item. Shipping is non-refundable
